Welcome to Squishy-Kins. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products and Availability
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images and information are accurate. As squishies may vary slightly in colour, appearance, packaging or design, the item received may have minor differences from images shown.
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
Mystery Scoops 💕
Mystery Scoops contain a selection of surprise items. The exact items, colours and designs received will vary and cannot be specifically chosen unless otherwise stated.
Because the surprise element is part of the Mystery Scoop experience, individual preferences cannot always be guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
Items advertised as pre-orders are not immediately available for dispatch. Estimated arrival and dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may change due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier, freight and customs delays.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Full payment is required when an order is placed.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and vary according to the shipping option and order details. New Zealand customers with a rural delivery address must select the “My delivery address is rural” option in the cart so the applicable rural delivery surcharge is added. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order details.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
