How do Mystery Scoops work?
Each Mystery Scoop is an interactive bead scoop. Every bead type represents a particular squishy. We scoop the beads, then match those beads to their corresponding squishies to create your order.
Can I choose colours or textures?
Yes. You can tell us your favourite colours and preferred textures: sugar texture, slow rebound, foam, coconut oil or crunchy. We’ll use your preferences where possible while keeping the mystery and surprise element.
What is included in each Mystery Scoop?
Basic — $35: at least 4 squishies.
Standard — $50: at least 6 squishies.
Premium — $70: an extra-special selection including at least one NeeDoh, plus a FREE Squishy-Kins Trading Mat.
Every Mystery Scoop also includes a discount code for your next Squishy-Kins order.
Can I add a TikTok Pick & Pack Video?
Yes. Add a TikTok Pick & Pack Video for $10 per order. One add-on covers multiple Mystery Scoops in the same order. Please provide your TikTok handle including @ so we can tag you. Videos are posted on TikTok at @squishykins29. Personal information such as your address and contact details will not be shown.
Do you ship within New Zealand and Australia?
Yes. Shipping is additional and is calculated at checkout.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order products are not ready for immediate dispatch. Each pre-order listing will show expected arrival or dispatch information where available. These dates are estimates and can change.
What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
They will generally be shipped together once the pre-order item is available unless otherwise stated. If you would like available items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping costs may apply.
What is a Squishy-Kins Trading Mat?
Our Trading Mat is a fun space for displaying, sorting and trading your squishy collection. It is $10 when purchased separately and is included FREE with every Premium Mystery Scoop.
What if my order arrives damaged or there is a problem?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant so we can help.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our store policies and New Zealand consumer law. Mystery Scoops are a surprise experience, so colour and texture preferences are requests rather than guarantees.
