Shipping Policy – Squishy-Kins 💕
Squishy-Kins is based in New Zealand and currently ships throughout New Zealand and Australia.
New Zealand Shipping 🇳🇿
New Zealand shipping is calculated at checkout according to the total weight of your order. The shipping charge that applies to your order will be shown before you complete payment.
Our standard New Zealand delivery estimate is generally 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
Rural Delivery
If your New Zealand delivery address is rural, please select “My delivery address is rural” in the cart. A NZ$7.50 rural delivery surcharge will be added to your order.
Australia Shipping 🇦🇺
Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout based on the shipping option available for your order. The shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Processing Times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, new releases, Mystery Scoop promotions and pre-orders, processing may take a little longer.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as pre-order will be dispatched once the stock arrives and is ready to send. Any estimated arrival or dispatch dates shown are estimates and may change due to supplier, freight or customs delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order items arrive unless otherwise stated.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If you're concerned about your delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
